Individual Therapy
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults working through complex psychological and existential processes, including loss, identity disruption, major life transitions, and the integration of life-altering experiences.
The work is reflective, structured, and grounded in psychological depth. We focus on understanding experience at the level of meaning and identity, while translating insight into practical movement in daily life. More about how I work can be found here.
This is ongoing, depth-oriented therapy for people who value seriousness, privacy, and psychological precision.

Occasional Joint Sessions
When clinically appropriate, I may offer one or two joint sessions with a partner or family member as part of an individual client’s therapeutic process.
These sessions are not couples or family therapy. They are used selectively for clarification, support, or integration and are always grounded in the context of ongoing individual work.
Availability and suitability are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Self-Exploration & Preparation
This service is designed for moments when something in your life is asking to be approached more deliberately.
Self-Exploration & Preparation offers space to reflect on identity, inner priorities, and the psychological forces influencing your choices, without rushing toward answers. The work can support orientation around life decisions, transitions, or preparation for psychedelic experiences, with attention to emotional readiness, limits, and context.
The emphasis is on establishing clarity and internal reference points that allow for more responsible movement, whether the process remains brief or opens into ongoing therapy.
